These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and III Toppers (“III Toppers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, courses, mock tests, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.

Course Access & License

Intellectual Property

All study materials, mock tests, questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and other content (“Content”) are original works owned by III Toppers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User Conduct & Community Rules

• Do not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
• Do not cheat, share answers, or attempt to gain unfair advantage in mock tests.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the Services (e.g., malware, bots, DDoS, scraping).
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) may be added as required by law.
• Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

Exam & Non-Affiliation Disclaimers

• Our courses and mock tests are designed to align with publicly available III syllabi and patterns but are independently developed.
• III Toppers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Insurance Institute of India (III).
• We do not control exam schedules, formats, or outcomes; changes by third parties may occur without notice.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, III Toppers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable course or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless III Toppers, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.
• You may stop using the Services at any time; account deletion requests can be made via Contact or by emailing support@iiitoppers.com.
• Certain provisions (e.g., Intellectual Property, Warranty, Liability, Indemnity) survive termination.

Changes to Services & Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, courses, or pricing at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; the latest version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or rely on third-party sites, tools, or services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Electronic Communications & Notices

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
